Payments 

Payments should be made in full either; 

• cash (only applicable for last moment bookings), 
• cheque (should be cleared at least one month before the arrival date), 
• bank transfer (preferred method. Owner will provide necessary details).

  

NOTE: No safety deposit is requested. However if a long period is requested then payment arrangements can be made to suit both parties.

The owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings until full payment is received. 

Refund Policy 

Once the payment is received and a cancellation occurs policy is as follows;

  

  Cancellation made by you:  

• before one month of the arrival date - full refund
• within one month of the arrival date 

1. full refund (if same amount of booking can be taken during the same period) 
2. partial refund (amount of bookings taken for the same period).

  

 Cancellation made by the owner:  Full refund will be made. The owner will also do their best to find you an alternative accommodation in a similar location at the similar price range.
